On Tuesday night this past week we had some mix ups in our schedule and ended up being a little behind on schedule and things got cancelled and rearranged and it was pretty much a typical night in the life of missionary work. So we didn't think much of it at all. Until the miracle came! We went to visit a potential investigating family and we knocked on their door, nobody was home. So we knocked on their neighbors doors to see if they knew what time the family was usually home. We didn't have any luck and so we headed to the car. As we rounded the corner to the car, a family came walking down the sidewalk. And right away, we knew it was the family we were looking for! What a miracle! If we had not been behind schedule and mixed up and late and changing plans, we wouldn't have met them. Every single second of that night was planned to meet that family! They were so kind and humble and so inspiring! It was meant to be! Miracle!
Our recent convert, Zack, passed the sacrament yesterday for the first time! Such a special day for him! He's on the right path, headed home to his Heavenly Father! :)
I went on an exchange this week with the singles ward sisters! We spent the morning on Rice University! We were going to visit a member in her dorm room on campus, but on the way we met some amazing people! So open to religion and willing to learn. There was one young man sitting on the grass, doodling. We stopped and found out that he was raised Christian and has "gone off the path". He said that he "doesn't believe anymore". It was interesting to listen to him talk about this though, because he said it with question in his voice, and you could tell that he noticed. As we bore testimony of Heavenly Father and the Savior, I know he felt the Spirit and I know he still believes. It was an incredible experience.
I love y'all so much!
With Love,
Sister Kunzler
Picture: Our ward had their yearly Trunk or Treat this past Saturday and so we dressed up in Halloween colors! I love my companions! :) Sister McKean is the member in purple! We love her! :) We had dinner with her and her husband after the activity!
