February 4th, 2013

Hey everybody!

This past week was really good.  We are finally starting to get the hang of things and getting more familiar with our area.  Opening a new area is a challenge.  You have to start new and fresh, which is a blessing, but also a challenge at times.  The ward has been incredible and my testimony of the importance of ward members and their help in missionary work has increased drastically. As members of the church we have so much power to do good and bring others unto Christ.

We are currently teaching some amazing people!  They have such strong faith and are so humble.  They teach me so much everyday through their examples of dedication to prayer and scripture study.  The Lord has helped us in so many marvelous ways and having the opportunity to teach such humble people is incredible. We had eight of our investigators at church on Sunday and what a blessing that was.  :)

I attended a baptism in the ward this past weekend that some of the Elders in our ward have been teaching for the past five months.  The Spirit that was felt at that baptism was incredible.  As a missionary, my testimony of the importance of baptism has grown so much.  It truly is a sign of love as we submit our will to our Heavenly Father's will by showing our love and desire to follow Him and follow the example that Jesus Christ set for each of us.

I have the most incredible companion in the world.  We get along so great!  Some days it is too good to be true.  She is so strong in her testimony and dedication to the work and teaches me so much every day.  I am grateful for my Heavenly Father who knows me and loves me and puts people in my life to teach me and help me on my journey to eternal life.

To all of you, I love you, the Lord loves you.  He knows you by name and watches over you everyday.

Love,
Sister Kunzler
